Welcome to Adcash (“we,” “our,” “us”). By downloading, registering, or using our mobile application (“App”), you (“user,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use Adcash.
If you are under 18, you may use the App only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the App, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To use Adcash, you must create an account using email and password or Google login.
You must provide accurate and truthful information (name, email, phone number).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
Adcash is a watch-and-earn rewards app. You can earn rewards by watching ads, completing offers, and other in-app activities.
Rewards are tracked based on valid completion records provided by third-party ad networks and offer providers.
We are not responsible if rewards are not credited due to incomplete actions, network errors, or third-party tracking failures.
You agree not to:
Use bots, VPNs, emulators, or fraudulent methods to manipulate rewards.
Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality.
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the App.
Rewards (e.g., PayPal, UPI, gift cards, or other methods) are provided at our discretion and subject to verification.
You must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold set in the App before requesting payouts.
Processing times for payouts may vary; delays may occur due to verification or third-party issues.
Fraudulent or abusive activity will result in forfeiture of rewards and account termination.
Rewards have no monetary value outside the App until officially redeemed.
The App displays ads and offers from third-party networks including Google AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin, InMobi, Vungle, and Meta Audience Network.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party ads or offers.
Interactions with third-party advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
All content, trademarks, logos, and features of Adcash are the property of Samar Jeet Singh.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit the App or its content without written permission.
Adcash is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for:
Errors, delays, or inaccuracies in reward tracking.
Failures caused by ad networks or offer providers.
Loss of data, revenue, or rewards due to technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have earned but not yet redeemed in the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
Upon termination, any unredeemed rewards may be forfeited at our discretion.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of Adcash after changes are published means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chhattisgarh, India.
